Just before closing so hard to rate the atmosphere but the coffee & service was very good

Very rude staff. No greeting or apology waiting in queue for ages. Dirty tables. Dark seating area. Zero atmosphere. Overpriced coffee & food.

Lady working there (I don’t know if she was a manager or not, it would explain the attitude) was so rude to me, didn’t even let me put my bag down before ordering even though I was so tired. Never going here again, don’t recommend unless you’d like to be harassed. I literally never write reviews but they made me so upset today, not sure if they just wanted to bully a college student.

I wanted to sit upstairs whilst I had my coffee, the really nice member of staff carried my tray and was helpful ! On the whole worth the visit! Coffee and cake gorgeous

I went to this starbucks to get a cool lime refresher, and the lady in there said that we don’t do that, so I then had a look on there website and it was showing that they do do it. So then i came home and ordered it on deliveroo. But they did the wrong one for me. Why didn’t you cancel my order if you didn’t have it?
