0 You have already voted! Rating:4 We often go to this branch for a breakfast out and a bit of family time. There’s plenty of parking space available and access is easy even for folks with mobility problems.

However I have now had a couple of occasions when I have not received what I ordered which is very frustrating especially when the order is read back to me correctly. I have to have decaf coffee as I get a reaction to caffeinated coffee and once again this morning I have been given caffeinated coffee after ordering decaf and being advised my order was decaf. I use the drive through so I am angry with myself for not checking before driving off which shouldn’t have to do when my order was confirmed correctly. I can only assume I was given someone else’s order. Come on Starbucks staff wake up and check what you are doing!! I am now waiting to see what reaction I get as I drank a bit before I realised it was different. I am a regular customer and am now thinking I need to change my routine and use Costa down the road for peace of mind that I get the correct drink going forward and I don’t impact my hea...

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 The music was a bit loud, but the coffee was delicious and the quality of service was good. The fly in the ointment is that my WiFi doesn’t seem to work, unfortunately.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Very good coffee and the lemon muffin was fine. Very experienced and welcoming staff BUT, it’s not a relaxing place to be. Fortunately it’s a nice warm day, I’ve been here before on a cold day and I didn’t take my coat off.

I ordered via mobile app to pick up order but then realised I would need coins for parking later in central. I just went there and asked to change £10 note for £1 or £2 coins. There was no problem at all. And it looked like I just went there to get £10 change, not a customer. So friendly and chatty staff. Love this branch!

Staff are always polite and accommodating. As with other large café chains, my personal view is that the food offering is limited and invariably overpriced. They make a decent soya latte pretty quickly, though, and I bring my own food, so it’s all good.
There’s plenty of seating, the place is reasonably clean and tidy – despite many customers apparently holding the view that it’s not their business even to put their rubbish in the bin. But, hey, civilization.
If you’re in a hurry, then there’s the option of driving through to the takeaway counter for a grab-and-go.
