Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I’m not sure why the same drink at this Starbucks is 20p than all other Starbucks I visit? Also this restaurant is quite disgusting , always left cups etc on tables. Staff seem quite lazy rather chat than clean tables and remove used cups. Toilets can really stink, couldn’t use as stench made me feel sick. Staff need hygiene training. Actually manager herself was emptying bins infront of me , then took payment for my drink and proceeded to make my drink without washing hands! Asked her to stop and was her hands. They should be trained already !

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Amazing service. I always get my coffee in the morning and the staff in there already know what I have and always greet me with a smile and the manager Steve is nice and polite! One of my favourite Starbucks to do too!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 My trips to this Starbucks have been consistently good. My drink is the strawberry açaí, and they haven’t let me down. The whole process, from ordering to getting my drink, has been smooth making me somewhat a regular here. Service isn’t over the top but it gets the job done just fine.

One thing I appreciate is that I haven’t had to endure long waits here even when it gets a little crowded. The place is typically clean.
All in all, if you’re into reliable service and your favorite Starbucks drinks, this place won’t disappoint.

Visited to buy coffee beans and waiting time was ridiculous.
Waited around 10mins to get served.
Nice location but very poorly managed –
On that day I did smell very awful smell from the toilet that was overpowering the coffee aroma smell . Which you don’t usually expect to smell in the coffee shops.
Only two staffs to cover the busy area, (not that busy at that time but they didn’t have enough time to clean the tables and toilet i guess)
You can see the pictures that clearly shows how many were there and two ladies were on their own behind the counter.
Bin was full behind the counter as well.
If you asked me whether I would visit again for a coffee- nope : unless it’s dramatically changed.
Never seen any starbucks like this – staffs need some multitasking.
No parking next to this shop, but can park at your own risk for £0.60/20mins on the road – 3 mins walk from the shop, or park in wulfrun/mander centre.
