0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Honest if i could put 0 stars i would. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE. My daughters financial circumstances have changed massively and after an email she was told she cant cancel due to being out of the 14 days. She physically can not afford the course now because things have changed but they dont care, they would rather have there money than help you out. No cancellation fee offered just nope we can put your course on hold until your circumstances change but your still have to pay monthly…. think they are missing the point with financial circumstances. We are seeking legal advise now as in a cost of living crisis this is shocking. No compassion or help for extreme circumstances like not being able to afford it. I have never come across a company so not willing to help than this. My daughter can not pay and will not pay so they can take further action maybe then everyone will see them for what they are….just after the Money. STAY CLEAR

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Course materials are a set of PowerPoint slides. One assignment asked to review material’s that are 10 years out of date, I had to highlight this to my tutor.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Absolutely disgraceful I signed up to a Bridal Makeup Diploma on the 4th of August last year, but I’m still left to this day with no diploma or anything.

The tutor support are unlimited and when I tried to update my student discount as I didn’t know was expired as I never used before, they want me to pay instead. All the time when I send an email there is misunderstanding all the time and they don’t try to help at all, specially the tutors. We pay for nothing.

I did not know I had to book exams and pay for course material separately until yesterday.
Whether or not I was told, the very first time I had a call with them, I asked them specifically about exams and not course material.
I have so far paid £1,042, which will increase to £1,586.01 by August 29.
I want them to be told to refund all of my money, to cancel my need to pay them and to cancel my membership.
If this does not happen, I want to petition or campaign against them.
I am not paying for course materials and exams separately.
NEVER SEND ANYTHING TO ME BY POSTING TO ME. ONLY EMAIL ME. That I tell to you, Open Study College.

No access is provided to online academic literature which is definitely needed when completing a level 4 course, and particularly when the course materials are so light.

I completed my course in January and studied very hard and it got to the end where you have to submit 3 different looks to claim your diploma from the college.
I stated again and again that the course was clearly filmed years ago as the makeup is very dated so it was hard to create a modern version with such little information.
I mean for instance one of the looks is dark eyeshadow with no face prep, base or even foundation then just a bit of blush on the clients bare face. No contour or highlighter to define either which is very bizarre and it came out terrible as obviously it’s not a proper makeup look.
The college has continuously fobbed me off by saying that a manger will be in touch, but nobody has contacted me whatsoever to resolve this . It’s now 3 months later and they are still ignoring my email, no reply from my tutor an...
