Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I am a student at Sandwell college taking english and maths functional skills fast track course, and in my opinion this college is amazing. Naheed Gultasib especially! she has helped me with any issues i have had and helped me to resolve them, she’s very easy to talk to and supportive, all she wants is for us to excel and succeed in life so does her best to help us achieve our goals. I was not very confident about coming to college as i had a very bad experience in school, however, my view on college has completely changed since i started here. I am comfortable and feel safe here and have good relationships with my tutors and fellow students, personally i just want to thank Naheed for being the most caring and understanding tutor ever!

Rating:1 Disgrace of a college, their was an incident outside of college with my asd fiancee, they pulled him in the office and a support teacher from the safety team started to get in his face, and was rude to him the whole way through. Information was disclosed! If your going to tell them anything, be aware that most teacher will talk about it to most teacher within the college. There is 0 support for people with disabilities, and they take favourites making certain people feel like they’ve done wrong when they haven’t.

Rating:4 The teachers are all nice and very knowledgeable, and the classes are informative and engaging, I did engineering lvl1 here, and all of my teachers taught me a lot about engineering in a short span of time. The head of engineering retired mid-course and when the new head December ded to completely change the timetable, with barely a few days notice, which was very annoying to me and my work manager. The college building itself feels a bit sterile and boring, almost like an education factory.

Don’t go to this school, waste of time and nerves. I am an adult 38-year-old woman who decided to take the Maths Level 2 FS fast track course at this school. The worst college I have ever attended.
The way they treat students is unacceptable, especially students, fast track, read fast money.
I decided to take a course at this school to improve my qualifications. How does a student of the Fast Track course feel in this college, how does an adult taking courses in this college feel, how rubbish!!! Lots of confusion, lack of clear information, mess in documents. On average, you change rooms every hour, the rooms are not adapted to lectures, there are no working boards, and when the boards work, there are no pens for them, and if there are pens, the computer always doesn’t work. Terrible organization.

The lifts are slow, even if there’s 6, the building is well kept, and there is plenty of security.
Easy access, and has plenty of places to buy food and drink inside.
