Supposed to be having weekly counselling from them. I only see her once in a blue moon and have currently not seen her for a month. She keeps going on holiday and as soon as she gets back, she goes on holiday again. I’ve tried to repeatedly text and phone. No reply.

One of worse care agency on the planet..the staff are evil …..they will shout at you at if you don’t comply..the senior carer is a cunning crafty pieace of work..nasty place,do not trust them they are.evil..they don’t care if you have mental illness.all the staff need sacking they literally abuse the clients verbally
