Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Theives. I made an order via justeat on wednesday and they failed to send 5 items and only refunded one item. I asked Justeat to look into this and these liars wont refund the money. Disgusting. I was a frequent customer, never again. TERRIBLE,

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Apparently there’s 3 queues for the tills/post office. A woman jumped in front of me and didn’t even ask and nor did the cashier. Very annoying. The post office queue needs to be more clear as it really isn’t!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 This shop would not accept my mothers energy bill credit letter. The energy company then sent it again by email, they wouldn’t accept this as they said it needed to be a letter!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Was coming here a lot for convenience but recently saw an individual who had a lack of manners in the way she interacts with her staff. The staff had always been great, but after seeing this, I’d rather travel a few metres more to the big name supermarkets than line the pockets of someone like this. As a bonus those bigger places are much cheaper anyway.

I suspect this is due to incompetent staff or a managerial decision, if the latter they should withdraw from the Paypoint service.
