Should get rid of the rude arrogant unhelpful waste of space & rude staff. Tried to drop off parcel and the Indian chap was useless. Took my parcel all the way to Damson Lane and told them about the experience I suffered whilst there and they informed me they’ve had loads of complaints against them. Needless to say another one to add to their increasingly list of complaints.
They need staff training.

Rude, unhelpful staff especially if using the Evri drop off. They serve the paying customers before you even after waiting in the queue and also claim the “system is down” all the time which is a blatant lie.

Listed on Evri parcel shop but refused to take parcels on weekend despite Evri saying it did

Very rude staff, wouldn’t take my UPS parcel because it was too big for them and it would get in their way. I have never experienced such poor customer service just taking back a parcel.

Horrible service. Had to return a parcel at UPS and he told me he couldn’t scan all 3 parcels so had to put it into two. Then when I asked for cello tape to tape it up he said I had to buy my own cello tape. As I’m then doing my cello tape for the parcel he says very rudely tidy it up. Horrible service from the store manager
