Rating:1 Post office was a nightmare, wanted a packet for my parcel waited in the queue for the post office to be told that I couldn’t purchase the packet and had to wait in the queue for the newsagent to purchase the packet. The whole process was quite long and the customer service wasn’t great.

Very disappointed.
The
They thought I had put a fanta can in my jacket pocket and scowled whilst asking “what about the one in your pocket” when paying. They didn’t believe I had nothing in my pockets till I took my jacket off, shook it and out turned the pockets.
“I caught you at a wrong time” was their response.
Puts a dent in your day to be treated like that.
