Rating:1 Do not use this drop point to post your DHL parcel, my parcel has been stolen from this drop point, because the staff saw my parcel was gift I bought from Harvey Nicholas and worthy lots of money and they didn’t recommend me to get insurance. My parcel was lost from this drop point and DHL only paid you £69, my parcel was worthy £800. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DROP POINT AT ALL!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 The worst delivery company I have come across. They don’t deliver. If you go to their depot to pick an “none delivered” package it is in the middle of nowhere and miles away from home. You wait for a long time

I am currently awaiting a delivery of a parcel to one of DHLs drop off shops after 8 working days for express servise , supposed to be in 1-3 working days for european distance . The staff where work there , they are useless , they wrote all the details wrong , name , surname and telefone number !! Avoid ecpecialy this company and this service point !!
