Rating:1 This Royalmail hub needs investigating, I don’t believe in coincidences, when my Boots parcel vanishes soon as hits this place ,following week after should of been delivered your getting fraud/spam texts from some lowlife clearly in cahoots with someone from here who knows your waiting on a parcel pretending to be from Royalmail asking to click on the link that’s dangerous to do so ,luckily my phone alerts to such..,disgusting not content with my items that they have made disappear ; they want my information and banking..Been reported but do they get back to you ? Noooo they don’t , no customer service or care for your goods,sell you a service they can’t deliver on 48hr tracked is not 2/3 days read their terms its can take up to 7 yet price goes up services get lower ..Place is a joke a needs full investigation by look of reviews I’m not only one saying this !!!

Rating:1 my letter to the probate office enclosing an original will sent via track and trace on 8th november 2023 apparently still at NWMMC is causing extreme problems including breaking a chain of house sales. a refund of the postage doesnt cut it. how can this system be so bad?

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 This centre according to their tracking information have been rerouting my parcel 5 times in 8 days to themselves…..Twice in the sameday.Phoning Rotal Mail is a joke and phoning this centre directly no one picks the phone up.

So bad and also sad! Waiting since 1 month now and i think its stolen- no one cares it seems normal there as you read the other reviews. The manager should get fired…

I send Track48 parcels every day and they have never scanned them the day they dropped in (before 6pm), or even two days in a row happened as well. do not expect good service at all.

This centre needs a total internal overall from management downwards.
I live in hope for my parcel to arrive .
