Rating:1 Took my family member there this month and felt utterly unwelcome by the stinking behaviour and mannerism of both receptionists and consultants (except one mid age British lady with the glasses, she deserves recognition for being nice and polite). They should know that people go there for a reason, not because it’s funny or exciting. I won’t go into much detail, however it seems that people from unprivileged background are not supposed to be there.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Was in pain and I was ready to be seen. I paid for my treatment and then walked through to have it done for them to say your too fat for our chairs making me walk out in pain for Christmas so if your 18st or over don’t waste your time

I’ve been coming here for a few years – had a moderately bad dental injury a few years ago that was treated effectively (root canal surgery, fillings and retainers) and with no lasting issues or pain. Pam is always so informative and well-advised, and the receptionists are lovely. Never had an issue with the practice, or booking appointments.

Spoke to Rav(the male dentist) beforehand to say son may not enter or let him look in his mouth.
Our son wouldn’t enter the dentist,so I went in and explained the situation and Rav took the time to come out to our car to encourage and try and have a look.
Not many dental practices would do this and we are really grateful.
Rav is now going to write a referral so our son can be seen by a specialist.
