    Wow I visited this dentist after being completely ripped off by my former dentist. Dr Assadi is outstanding, I have been so impressed with the service and prices if you are afraid of the dentist come here I assure you you will never be afraid again .
    The staff are wonderful highly recommended

    I am a horrifically nervous patient at the dentist, but I cannot praise or recommend the goldthorn dental practice team highly enough for their excellent care. I recently needed a dental extraction and was able to have this done under sedation, something I would highly recommend for other nervous souls. I was cared for so well during the whole process and have recovered without any issues. The dentist and team were fabulous throughout.

    Went to this dentist for the first time this morning. The dentist was brilliant listened to what I had to say. Explained everything clearly. Had treatment was treated with respect. And the nurse was lovely. I’m not the best patient but the dentist made me feel relaxed. Thanks.

    Horrible! Very disappointed! Its been recommended to me by a coleague as a good dental practice but it is obviously not. If you are a new patient you have no chance to be seen by a dentist at all. They don’t give you an appointment option. Just tell you to call after a month because they are fully booked. What is the guarantee when you call at the end of the month that there will be appointments available then? This can go on forever and you will never get the opportunity to get your theeth repaired. No matter if its urgent or not, if you are not an existing patient you don’t have a chance! Poor receptionist behaviour, very rude!

    I called the practise as a new patient and asked to speak with the practise manager as I am a very nervous patient. I found the staff to be very pleasant and professional and found the practise manager to be very reassuring and had a very good knowledge so was able to put my nerves at ease.

    I know that I require a good deal of work to be carried out and was given advice by the staff as to what “banding” my treatment was likely to come under on the NHS.

    I cannot fault the staff for how I was treated, and I am looking forward to starting my treatment with them in the future
