Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I initially visited to enquire about teeth straightening just on lower jaw and get a check up. Straight away was advised I need at least 3-4 sessions with dental hygienist at £107 each.

I came across it via Smooth Radio about 3 years ago, and I really wished that I came accross it a little bit earlier because my dental health and experience have been thousand times enhanced with the help of highly professional nursing staff, outstanding hygienist and top-notch general dental practitioner Mr Namih. Excellent private dental practice family for anyone looking for a new one for the upcoming year with friendly faces, pain-free experience, best treatment options guidance, and other meaningful help depending on everyone’s needs. Wonderful festive season to everyone at Stella Maris Dental and many thanks.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I came to this practice with a lot of problems with my teeth, caused by other dentists, as well as my not knowing how to take care of my teeth properly. Mr Nami has corrected every problem that needed to be addressed, with no pain and good diligence, while educating me and reminding me, on every visit, of the best way to take care of my teeth. I now have no further problems, as I follow his instructions and guidance and am satisfied with my 6 monthly hygiene and dental checks. It was a bit pricey at first to get everything back into shape, but assistance was available to help manage the finance more easily. I was always given a choice for the best treatment and found the practice manager Alison friendly and helpful. All the members of staff, I’ve been associated with in this small practice are very pleasant, which helps to make attending the dentist a breeze. Dr Namih has been amazing doing all of my treatments. He has always made sure that I’m comfortable and never in any discomfort. I’m so grateful I get to smile feeling confident and that’s all down to his work. I was so scared of dentists after my first experience elsewhere & now I will never go anywhere else. You are all like family & I’m lucky to have found somewhere that treats my dental health so well!

I was then told I needed 5 fillings at a cost of over £750. I was now £1100 into treatment but have now been left with very severe, unrelenting sensitivity. On my revisit to effectively complain about how my painful my teeth are now, I was charged another £43. I was offered a crown at nearly £800 for one tooth. The dentist said she could do root canal on the teeth she drilled that were now very sensitive to hot and cold. This would have taken the bill into several £1000’s. My last hygienist appointment that I waited 2 months for was cancelled on the morning I was due to attend.
All-in-all, really not great and extremely expensive.
