0 You have already voted! Rating:1 The standard of service at this dentist has really deteriorated. Firstly I was given an appointment at 16:00 but not seen until 16:20, even though the receptionist told me when I arrived that everything was on time.

The service I have received has always been first class, and I would recommend this surgery to anyone. I find that I am seen very close to the time that I have booked my appointments and during my last few visits the staff have been very welcoming and they always have time for a little chat too which is a nice touch.
It’s in a convenient location, with parking at the rear as well as a couple bus stops right outside of the location.

The dentist then refused to complete the treatment and I was told to rebook another appointment. I rebooked a new appointment which was then cancelled.
I then booked again over the phone however when I later called to confirm the appointment I was told it hadn’t been booked in so I was given another date (2 months after my original appointment).
I expressed my frustration in a calm manner with the receptionists and asked her other than an apology what steps will be taken to approve the service. She told me all that she could do is apologise and then put the phone down on me.
There was no sympathy at all and it seemed she couldn’t care less. I will be completing my treatment as I have already paid for it and then I will be changing my dentist as they don’t seem to unders...

Since my first experience with this dentist, I have had to come back for treatment (root canal). This was extremely daunting for me especially hearing everyone’s horror stories! However, I’d never go anywhere else now and I no longer have the same fear about treatment as I used to. Dr Preethika was amazing. She comforted me throughout the whole process and regularly checked in to make sure I was okay. She made sure the numbing was all settled before proceeding and topped it when I said I needed it to the point I couldn’t feel a thing! Considering it’s an unpleasant treatment, it was nowhere near as bad as I had imagined and that is thanks to her and her team. I would highly recommend this dentist and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else now.
