Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 They have us over a barrel as there are no dentists in the area taking patients but I honestly hate coming here. I’ve had to leave appointments before being seen because they run so far behind and I always try and get early morning ones before work. The dentist often turns up quite late and is seeing his first appointment when im supposed to be seen. They have my phone number but for some reason will send letters a day before my appointment confirming it and then writing “go to xxx branch instead” without explanation or apology and really not much (less than 24hrs) notice. If my children have appointments and you send me elsewhere, that’s a whole load of rearranging school times or pickups and no understanding if we end up being late.

Rating:5 Absolutely brilliant, I was in agony & had tried for over 3 hours on phone on a Saturday morning to dentist after dentist to be told no, I was about to give up when I tried throne road surgery & they couldn’t be more helpful, I told them my problem & was told to go straight there for treatment & as it was almost closing time they even waited for me to get there, the treatment was painless & everything was explained to me as it was done. Fantastic team, thank you so much

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Today was my first day of seeing this dental practice for myself and my son, and I am very satisfied with their work. The dentist was really nice person he was look like an African man, he was extremely respectful and nice to us!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Went for an emergency appointment, receptionist very friendly and was seen very quickly. Dentist not so much. I have a severe needle phobia which makes me reluctant/nervous about dentists, and for some reason he questioned it, belittled me, told me it was stupid and after I said to him that phobias are not logical and I couldn’t help it he claimed to know all about phobias. Did not put me at ease at all. Gave me some antibiotics and that was that. So will still need to go back to a dentist. Will make sure to not go back here and wouldn’t recommend after that experience.

I was welcomed by the receptionists which made me feel at ease.
The dentist was honest, caring and compassionate.
I have been to other dentists that didn’t really provide me with the level of care that I was hoping for.
The difference with Bhandals is we also discussed a plan of treatment going forward. Not only does this show that they genuinely care but this also helps me with what I can do to maintain a healthy smile.
Overall a great experience highly recommended what more could you want ?
