My NHS dentist referred me to Shiraz Endo for private root canal treatment on a very complex tooth, plus re-treatment on a tooth that had failed (previously treated years ago by another dentist). My regular dentist had advised they didn’t have the expertise to move forward, but spoke extremely positively of Shiraz Endo. Staff were not only experts, but really approachable, clear, friendly, and accommodating as well. They offer an outstanding personal service and I’m really grateful to them for all their support. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone in a similar position with complex roots requiring specialist help.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Today I’ve had a pleasure to visit Shiraz Endodontics Practice for the first time and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The practice is clean and well maintained. I felt welcomed on my arrival, the receptionist lady was very polite and the gentleman who works with her (an admin perhaps?) was kind enough to agree and charge my mobile while I was being seen (thank you, I wouldn’t have known my way back home if it wasn’t for Google maps on my phone!). The appointment was with doctor Chris Burn. He was very professional and approachable, made me feel at ease and thoroughly explained each stage of the appointment as well as available options of treatment. I felt well looked after and am looking forward to my next visit.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Two visits to determine whether an upper molar tooth was suitable for root canal treatment. I had been informed that the chances of success were not much better than 2:1 because of my age and other factors, and sadly, after further investigation, it became evident that the root treatment could not be carried out (that’s the only reason why I have awarded 4 stars not 5). But I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at this endodontic practice, and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I was made really comfortable, everything was explained clearly and concisely throughout. There was no pain or discomfort despite the fact that it was root canal treatment. There’s a really calm ambience here, I found myself looking forward to my second treatment, laying back in the chair listening to a book on my iPods! I would wholeheartedly recommend Shiraz Endodontic

I am a nervous patient but Arta and Naomi were fantastic and kept me at ease throughout the procedure explaining the process as it went along. Very experienced and friendly.
I would happily recommend Shiraz to anyone requiring similar treatment.
