Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 First time with this shop I just called and wanted to know about when the shop closes but everytme it rang it tells me the line is busy straight away and then after they picked up, I’m here saying” hi, hello” they don’t even say anything while I can hear everything very disappointing poor customer service again I tried my best to call again but still they never picked up

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Went in today to exchange a thobe I bought for my son which was the wrong size. Was helped by the young sister in the store who was very polite and friendly. She helped me pick another one. Jazakallah khair. Will definitely be returning inshallah.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Been to this store a few times but today after having a nice chat with the niqabi sister I just had to leave a review to state how welcoming she was to me and my friend ma shaa Allah. I will be returning! This store overall is clean,spacious and has lots to offer

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 What a breath of fresh air! Not only do they offer a 28 day refund – something other Islamic stores don’t. But the quality of the clothing is great too. I couldn’t decide on the colour of the items I wanted. But due to the refund policy, I took a few knowing that I could safely return the ones we don’t want to keep. The brother also let me choose a free gift on the house as a new customer. That was such a nice gesture. I chose a scarf. Thank you! I’m due to return the unwanted items soon. Can’t wait to see what other beautiful stuff is on offer since I last went. Highly recommend this store! May Allah put barakah in it. It’s good as it is, but the returns policy really swayed me to select this store for future purchases in sha Allah.
