She was visiting from Canada and needed a cheap mobile phone to use while she is here. As we had very little idea of how we should go about it, we were so grateful when Lorelle helped choose a phone and set it up. Shane was very good in helping resolve a problem, changing the language from French to English. Thank you both.

Even when an issue occured with the return, Rachel went above and beyond to resolve it . Great service which made my life easier while having a two year old with me who wanted to leave the trolley.
