Doorman was polite and explained the new situation. You can browse, pay and collect in store. Friendly staff ready to help.

Ordered 2pairs of earrings. Told item was ready but still had to wait 10mins for them to come round. But, there was only 1pair. Had to wait a further 20mins for the other paid to appear!! Not a word of apology. Not good at all.
