Rating:1 Went to return a airbed mattress cos not pumping properly and they wouldn’t return cos it’s not put in the box properly, the 2 of them where rude there names where Alex and Natalie and said needs to be put back in properly, if it’s not fitting back as it’s been open it won’t go bck in properly, and then said you can’t return it any other Argos either so rude first thing in the morning and then when I walked away she moaning abt the issue to other staff Natalie very rude person she need training on customer service. When I said it won’t fit properly what can I do said well you can’t return it back, it’s not even one star but won’t let me leave a comment without a star I give it a ZERO

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Ordered online on the 4th Feb and had delivery set for the same day between 2 – 6, then thought I’ll collect it instead, to then have an email come through saying you’re order will be ready to collect from Monday 5th at 9am

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Slightly nicer than your average inner city hole. Less detritus. All modern ordering and pickup. Quite snazzy for an Argos. Not that I’d ever shop here considering prices are about 30% higher than buying online.

How misleading is that?? You can offer same day delivery on a Sunday but if I wanted to collect it, it won’t be ready until Monday?
Website states on the product ordered “order today collect after 4pm” but hang on it’s Sunday and you close at 4pm.. very misleading to say the least.
Phone up to see if I can just pay extra to have it delivered the same day to be told. Yeah, you cancel the order and put it through again but have to wait up to 5 days for that original order to be refunded.. absolute joke! Not impressed at all.
