Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I bought steam iron from store 17,2,2024, when I open found water inside packing I took item back to store first manager said its steam iron so very normal thing when I showed her she opened half packing her self but she refused to help me i told her i didn’t use because its faulty i gave bach with same packing also I showed I have 3 years guarantee insurance but she said she don’t care and very rude showed very different kind attitude, totally racist for Asian even she doesn’t respect for argos policy so I try to complain by argos direct they no refused but they didn’t write any complain very hardly I submit complain against manager but still didn’t heard anything back from argos so I believe Asian not allowed to go perry barr argos store so if you want anything take video camera as proof so we can showed argos we bought item if faulty we can get justice it’s very shame for argos they have manger like her she set very good examples for their collu...

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 They had the item I needed in stock at a great price. They also had very quick and efficient service. There was plenty of parking with it being inside One Stop, which was massively convenient as my item was quite large. I’ve got nothing bad to say from this experience, so I have no reason not to give this store five stars.

I purchased 2 amazon 10hd tablets, unfortunately one of the tablets had a screen issue where the whites were not as white as the other. It had a tinge. All setting are the same, noblue light filter and same brightness. When showing this to the manager, she point blank denied there was any difference and before picking up the devices in her hand, she said the fault device is working fine. I pushed to have someone senior to have look, she showed the tablets to them and apparently she along with 3 different members of staff cannot see any difference. Absolutely liars or a store of staff that need their eyes check.
