Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I recently had an unpleasant experience with a staff member at your store. The individual in question, a larger Indian woman, displayed unprofessional and rude behavior during my interaction with her. I had purchased an expensive electronic item and returned the next day seeking a refund. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she became irate and exhibited a negative attitude. It appears that the store manager is either unwilling or unable to address this issue, as she was still present at the main counter the following day, disrespecting another customer. I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to address this matter and ensure a more positive customer experience in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Rating:1 Unfortunately some staff here have not been trained in returns, one of the male staff members refused to take 2 electrical items back even though all was intact, I took the products to Maypole Argos and had no problems in returning as the staff there seem to know the company policies.

Rating:1 Went to exchange something, rushed to get there before closing. Then told tills are off and online orders only. The store was still open with 5 mins to go. Whilst the shop is still open they should not turn tills off. I rushed after putting my kids to bed so very annoyed as this was urgent

Rating:1 Extremely poor service, bad attitude problem, Forjia gave me bad service. I told her I was disabled and need help with carrying an item to my car,but she said she can’t leave the store and it was only her and her manager, and then we spotted another staff member at the back ! She told me to come back later! Yes we all work around Forjia’s schedule. I then called my husband for help, he came after. After he came another lady later turned up and started saying I shouldn’t come on my own, what if I had no one! Argos have always helped with carrying things for customers, not anymore!!! It’s all going down hill…

Worst experience. I purchased the hoover from-this store. Told that it’s not sucking and had a problem with handling. Nathan was very rude shouting on top of his voice. I believe management will take action against people like these.
