Showing 5 reviews Rating:2 I had come in to pickup an item I had purchase online and had a lovely chat with a few of the workers there. However, a different man I think his name was Simon, I couldn’t quite see his name tag, came along and completely changed the lovely view I had of the establishment. I had asked him a few questions about the item and he didn’t quite seem to know what he was doing and was overall just rude while rolling his eyes and even just ignoring me despite me standing right in front of him. If you ever decide to go into this store stay clear of him as he was a nasty piece of work and just ruined my experience and my day.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Absolutely disgusted! The duty manager is the most arrogant person I have ever come across. She really does not deserve this position. I bought a pushchair last week and was not happy with it as the wheels kept getting stuck. She tried it there for a few seconds and tells me that nothing is wrong with it. I explained to her that it might not have happened in these few seconds but will happen as you keep going. The lady would just not listen. I called customer service while I was there and they even tried explaining to her that I am entitled to an exchange as I am I only bought it last week and have my proof of purchase and packaging but she even refused them! This is an absolute joke! Not surprised after reading all the reviews now.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 The store manager looks miserable as sin. Not very approachable or helpful. She ignores you like she is better than you. Well guess what “Jennie the terrible” you ain’t better than anyone. The other workers (some of them) can be helpful. Not even sure if that alone is worth a 1 star though..

JENNY the store manager is rude and needs to go back to basics on how treat customers. She was so rude and obnoxious. She needs to read Argos’ returns policy. What a horrible woman. The other staff were nice though. Just that awful woman. Pathetic.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Every time I come into this store, it seems more and more diminished. Popped in today to collect an on-line order and it looks practically barren. No displays whatsoever. In past visits I’ve often been inspired to make purchases based on displays. But not today.
