We came in to buy a suit for my son for a wedding, and we hadn’t got a clue where to start. We instantly had the help of Gina and Christine who went above and beyond to fetch the right items and provide helpful advice to guide us. They were running around the store non stop for several hours and they were so kind and helpful throughout. So patient and genuinely caring. We could not have done it without them, and you couldn’t wish for better support. With their help we managed to get a full suit, shirt, waistcoat, blazer, belt, tie etc, they sorted it all! Amazing.

My auntie is really particular about what she wants and Jas had all the time in the world for us ensuring she seen all her options and we honestly can’t thank her enough! Special thanks to Simone for her excellent customer service as well. Definitely recommend the store!

I also want to thank Hafsah from the tech team for going above and beyond supporting my husband with his new John Lewis card. She was so unbelievably patient and kind. Exceptional service. Would highly recommend this store and I hope this reaches the manager and gets passed on as your staff are a credit to you.

We had only popped in to spend away some time before our lunch reservation, but we ended up returning after lunch to continue.
Best place I’ve seen for perfume testers, better than any airport. We are currently in the process of planning a major redecoration of our reception rooms at home, and saw many items we will be back for, or inspired by.
Staff were also very helpful when called upon.
