Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Whilst looking round Next yesterday we noticed the advert outside for the Jamaica Blue cafe in Next the breakfast shown looked lovely so we decided to treat ourselves this morning to a cooked breakfast, we arrived just before 9.30am went to the counter to order only to be told the kitchen is not open until 10.00am I asked if this was the normal opening time apparently it was just today the kitchen would not be open until 10am no explanation no apology.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great Store, easy to click and collect, friendly staff, when you can find someone, seems like they only have staff on cash desk, the rest of the store, is like a ghost town for staff, when you need some help.

Made my selections when a lady from behind the till said, sorry you still waiting for your collection parcel, I said No just making sure I have everything I wanted, she said well how you paying cos systems are down and can only except cash today. But if you want I can put them on lay by while you go to a cash machine and come back!

I’m pretty sure there isn’t a cash machine at the retail park maybe wrong.
I told the lady I’ll put my things back and left the store, don’t think I will be returning anytime soon x
I’ve worked in fashion and beauty outlets for over 30 years and never had to refuse a payment from any customer x

The shop was not crowded when I visited.
Parking is avaliable, you can buy by card or cash.

Excellent social distancing controls as always, hand sanitiser everywhere, a bright and airy store with welcoming staff, a full range of kitchen, bedroom. Lounge and clothing departments and the Jamaica Blue Cafe which sells amazingly good sandwiches and cakes. There is also a Virgin travel shop on the upper floor, lifts and escalators to get around.
