Gary, in particular, was incredibly knowledgeable about Dior products and went above and beyond to assist me. His customer service skills truly deserve a great shout-out! Thank you for making my visit memorable.

I have never brought whiskey before and mani listened to what I was after my budget and really took his time and care looking after me and finding the perfect gift for someone. he really honestly gave the best customer service ever received. I know his job is about customer service but mani went above and beyond helping me looking after me showing me all my option and not just pushing one product on to me he really looked after me and even wrapped it for me and made sure it was safe for me to take home. This guy really needs praising and looking after.
Selfridges you have a star of a member of staff in your Birmingham branch. Company’s would fight for.

We also love Pret A Manger on the ground floor, hard to find a seat but it’s a nice place to enjoy coffee with your friends. ️
