I had an absolutely disgusting experience at TKmaxx Shirley today. I came to exchange an item. Also, I found some other items and put them in my open shopping bag, as I could not hold them all. I was tired and realised that I forgot my purse upstairs, I was very worried, but, luckily I found it. On my way to the till I was stopped by a security guard, who was rude and asked me to remove all the items to the trolley from my bag. I was shocked! I was treated like a criminal. Very humiliating and absolutely no reason for it. The woman on the till was very rude too. My happy shopping experience turned out to be a nightmare and left me upset.
What is going on? It use to be a lovely place to shop.

Absolutely disgusting service from this branch of Tk Maxx by so called manager ‘Zara Zalat’. My elderly mother went in to purchase items which one was face razors. She was refused this purchase because the manager assumed that ‘she was purchasing them for her teenage daughter’. She had no right to refuse this service on no sufficient grounds as my mother had id and herself went to the tills to purchase this item. She can’t question who what or why she’s purchasing these as it’s none of her business. This was a a personal attack & one of ego. Very un professional. She was also speaking over us and being very condescending by shouting in our faces and spelling out her name and screaming for us to report her.
The poor staff member at the till was scared to serve us and said she would lose her job – you can tell that the way they treat there staff is also appalling where they have no freedom of speech. Very negligent, they need to trea...

It’s like a treasure cave, you can never know what gem you can find there.

For a skincare addict, I absolutely lovin their Korean Skincare range. Definitely The Treasure Place for a skincare’s hunter like me For all this product for less than £35, a bargain you won’t find elsewhere for a Good Korean Skincare.

My favourite shop,nice fashion shop,different sales and good products,but work only 2 cash desks from 6 of them.It is really sad.
I like it because near shop we have big parking and 2 stages of articles for sale
