Rating:1 Staff are rude and need to take some sort of training would not recommend to shop there all the other stores in Birmingham are nice to shop at my mother is 89 years old and could not get any help the staff was out side at the side of the shop smoking have a mother meeting one girl was on the tills on her own and the que was long she had to wait 10 _15 minutes to get served.. me and my family will not shop there again

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 A very large well lite store stocking –food –house hold wares and now Xmas items– it is on ground level with a disability entrance and parking –well worthy of a visit and comparable prices with other different retailers prices

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Good large store but car cleaning range is big but has been poor. The last 2 times since End of August there has been short of drying towels etc for cars. This time NO SNOW FOAM OR RAC wash and wax. I understand there is high demand but there was no label where it normally is. The other BMSTORE whoch is smaller has got rid of the car range which is no helpful because if there is a sortage in then you could get it in the small store. Please keep the car cleaning stock up.

Staff working in coats and gloves, apparently because they’re not allowed the heating on! I think Health and Safety need to pay a visit! Stark contrast to Pets At Home, TK Maxx, M&S, etc. All toastie warm!! Not impressed B&M!!
