Rating:1 I purchased a 2 seater recliner sofa and a dining room table and chairs on 21/07/22 had this delivered 7pm next day, what was to come was a nasty shock my girlfriend woke up saturday morning covered head to toe in flea bites this sofa cost me 2 days off work plus £70 for a new more powerfull hoover also £28 for flea spray from the vets also my girlfriend had to visit the doctor, my good charitable character has cost me my girlfriends health and this is looking at costing me more money has I have still been bitten. The acting manager she needs to go on a enviromental health course this is the deputy manager. If I could rate -1 star I would. I have approached Sandwell council and they have put me in contact with trading standards the acting manger who I spoke to today needs a lecture in The Consumer Act 2015 in which I beleive she has disregard for. Very annoying when you cherry pick and leave behind items to be disposed of . My advice is read the reviews , if i had i would not have used them , learn from my mistake,
