I bet if you bring free stuff then she will treat you kindly. What a terrible charity shop apart from overly expensive, staff is is effin rude! Cheer up lady and become less miserable…!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Can’t say I love shopping, but I was dragged into the store by my wife whilst on vacation. Nice selection of clothing for men. Most assistants were women folk, but there was one guy who helped me with two Italian suits, Canali and the other Zegna to take back to California. The sales guy was not just a pretty face and suggested I take the lighter cloth Zegna and paid roughly equivalent of 80 dollars.

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 The shop from the outside is very appealing. The layout of the shop is very cluttered so it can be hard to manoeuvre a pushchair/wheelchair around the shop. It is a very child friendly shop, there are no trip hazzards. Volunteer’s care about their shop and charity but it is a shame that the house keeping does not reflect this and hand sanitiser’s are positioned at front entrance and by till area. There is a divider by the till and social distancing clearly sign posted and the new government guidelines sign is obscured by a Christmas decoration. stock rotation is not good because I have been in there and it clearly has changed all the time. The shop is not always clean, the shelves display’s are vibrant but a bit cluttered and items are not always easy to find, every inch of the shop has items, pricing structure can be expensive and the quality of items do not justify that. Just bought myself a lovely Harris Tweed jacket, as seen in the latest edition of British Vogue. The Manager is fun and very knowledgeable on fashion. For a preloved charity store they have a very creative, curated style- the visuals are great. Very friendly store volunteers- modern and diverse. Great shopping experience.
