0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Purchased 2 folding tables to use at the car boot sale last week. Met a lovely worker named Ash in the aisle. She was so helpful by fetching a large cage for me, wheeling them to the checkout and then to my car. I wouldn’t have purchased 2 without her help. What excellent service for such a bulky item. Thanks Ash.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I visited the store 1st May to purchase things for my garden. There were lots of large heavy items I needed to get to my car on Iceland carpark. I was served by Liam, Gwen and Dave. Each member of staff went above and beyond to assist me while in-store. From advising me the most suitable products, working as a team to support me throughout the store. Liam in the garden centre, Gwen liaising it all, Dave pulling my cart to the tills and back to the rear of the store where I met Liam who loaded numerous bags of rubble and 10L tubs of fence paint into my boot for me.

Today, ( 13/05/24) three cars were parked in the disabled spaces with no blue badge. Just lazy people with no thought for others.
Once in the store I complained to a Manager. She said they do not police the car park ( despite owning it) and compared disabled people to Mothers with babies, who also have their spaces abused.
I asked her, since when has being disabled been a choice. She then got rather annoyed with me, even though I was polite.
It seems Home Bargains cares little for Mothers or the disabled. They just want your money. Time to shop elsewhere I think.
