Rating:1 so obvious that there is not a single staff member here that has customer service training, clearly seen from their attitude. absolutely nobody has forced them to take up a job at onebelow, so i do not understand why they will huff and puff at the idea of working. there is never anybody on tills despite seeing staff members milling around the place. i understand that after working a long day staff will be tired, but even if you walk in during the morning they will be rude to you.

It’s not a bad place, found many good deals on some brand names, and the service at the tills was friendly. I did go in at quite a quiet time of the day though, so that may have made a difference.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Karen from the shop floor team sold my son a lemon menthol vape, he is 8, I can’t believe the lack of professionalism. This is how he acted after I confiscated the vape.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Nice variety of stock and staff are nice. You Can find products here that are not easily found or sold in other shops for value for money. Have found loads of dove products that are not easily found elsewhere unless willing to pay rip off prices online. Like dove baby dermacare products (only sold at boots for rip off prices above £5 had looked everywhere till I find it here months later for £1/£1.50) and dove bar soaps sold in different scents that are not usually available in shops. Found the Jasmine and coconut bar soap scent here last year and found some again just today (had ran out of them and been looking for a while with no luck)and you get more as the soap bars are 135g from Germany £1 each which is pricey but for the grams in weight is normal I suppose .

A gentleman was asking the till worker in a normal and calm manner for a refund from what I gathered. I think it was card payment only because of how close it was to closing and she kept shouting effing card payment only. There may have been some miscommunication but that’s about it, or the till worker wasn’t very good at explaining this to him properly because all she did was react in a vile manner, all I heard from her was shouting ‘effing wait for the manager’ and he said why are you rasing your voice and then she proceed to tell him to ‘eff off’ and stormed off from the till and the gentleman left the scene without reacting to her disgusting outburst. definitely think a change of staff is necessary because if it is SO hard for you to deal with people then dont take up a job where you have to deal with customers all day.

Last year they were the original 100g bars from UK for about 75p/80p per bar if I can remember correctly, as all the new dove soap bars had already changed to 90g a bar already and new packaging.
