Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Worst shop and rude staff. Every day i walk through town on the way to work. Today I needed some handcream and some deodorant so decided to visit this local establishment. Im a black so dont get offended. I walked into the shop and came eye to eye with a young fake gold toothed boy. As i had a little time to waste so i was looking for any bargains . I walked onto the second aisle and there he was and the third. I asked the man to stop following me because i have no reason to shop lift. And told him I probably earned more money then him and his little pixie Manager earn. I was told to go to Selfridge. If I didn’t like, Even though Wolverhampton no longer has one lol. And then was walked to the door. After coming out of body care i was then Approached by member security and asked him Is he looking for me, I told him my story he laughed and told me to have a good day? Guys, Wolverhampton filled with pound shops .shop anywhere apart from this one

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 A.k.a. One Beyond and the sign inside says Poundworld . Not impressed at all. A tatty, tacky and grubby store. The items that were £1 a few months back are now £1.50 and the £1.50 are now £2. No wonder it was dead and no wonder the staff are probably the most miserable in the Mander Centre. All this together with most items not even priced or have a self edge label, One Below, or whatever it’s called, is the shop to walk past in the Mander Centre. Ive seen better run and cleaner market stalls.

firstly she doesn’t know how to talk to customer and how to behave with the customer feels like they doesn’t need any customer in her shop or she just fed up with her work. feel like she is racist towards Asian people.
second when it comes return the item she doesn’t want to do it and makes any excuses with return receipt.
for example i went to return the product which i bough 2 minutes ago and i didnt leave the shop with that item. she didn’t explain that the signature has to be matched on the receipt and my bank card. well i did sign the receipt and bank card Infront of her but she said it doesn’t look same well i am the person Infront of her signing both thing and she is accusing me saying its not me. also refused to return my money and forced me to buy the product that I didn’t want.
