Very rude staff. Elderly Lady with short hair. A bit of racial profiling. Absolutely a gem with the Caucasian male ahead of me. Asked an obvious question to make small talk but replied back very rudely. First and last visit. Will be donating my stuff elsewhere.

Brought a graphic novel and dvd box set from here today, thought the boxset was the complete series because it said that on the label but it was only half of the boxset. Need to be more carful with what they put on thw labels I wouldn’t have brought it for that price if I knew it wasn’t complete.

New manager is clearly making a difference within the store as customer satisfaction and morale has vastly improved. Well done on your very evident success! Lovely boutique style shop, immaculate selection of clothes and lovely display units. Would highly recommend

Awful, snotty woman working the counter, incredibly poor attitude towards potential customers. Also for a charity shop, the books are overpriced. They get their stock for free, so why overcharge..? Drop your prices, get new staff.

Extremely rude staff with very bad attitude (woman with white hair working with woman with brown). Made the atmosphere in the shop uncomfortable and tense. Need to consider true costumer service and how to be a helpful and valuable staff member. How terrible that you make such a great movement of charity shopping something that people do not want to experience. Me and my 2 fifteen year old friends were treated very badly in the shop and will definitely NOT be returning to purchase. If we do return to the store it will be to see whether the attitude of these ladies has changed.
