Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I ordeded almira last monday they said delivery driver ring you nd no buddy anwer and when i ask about evidence she had nothing no picture no call detail after then there fat lady very very rude with us i never ever order again and two time i paid 30£ but still i not recived my order 80£ almira all together 105£ there lady realy realy rude i tell to managment am nit happy with

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Jamie was absolutely wonderful, and I was served by him I was happy with his politeness. In case you didn’t know they re-use plastic shopping bags so if you have any spares be sure to donate.

Rating:1 Really enjoyed visiting this place until an older lady followed me around the store and accused me, the only young brown tattooed person in the store amongst older white ladies, of stealing. Judging a book by its cover when I’ve shopped there plenty of times and donated clothes! Not ok.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 One of the women that work there with short blonde hair approx 60-70 years old. Very rude and makes me feel unwelcome every time I go there. She has a problem with children, and a problem with anyone who enters. Talks to people with no respect, only looked at an item and she shouted “that hasn’t got a price on it yet” in front of all the customers.

Every time I walk around this shop I can hear them moaning or talking about the customers or even shouting out loud at them. If an item of clothing has fallen on the floor please be aware as the older one talks out loud in a nasty way for every one to hear.
