I have a shopoholic issue.
Usually I have no issues with the staff here when enquiring about items and purchasing items here.
However I observed here that the staff are all gossiping about yourself and other customers behind your back.
I am not surprised with them removing their loyalty card, because it was never value for money anyway.
Take my advice and just shop elsewhere online because as you are aware, your high street is on the decline.

As someone that suffers with anxiety & panic attacks The works shop really encourages me to come out the house. The staff are very very friendly even when they’re really busy. They always have time to help the customers. When I feel an attack coming I always go straight to the works no matter where I am in westbrom. The lady with the purple hair always helps me even when I ask her about cooking frozen chickens

West Bromwich works gave me the excellent customer service the manager was very helpfully amazing lady lovely I’m very pleased will defo shop again Thankyou

Myself and my mom visit the store in West Bromwich most Saturdays. The reason for this is the friendly reception we get from the staff. We have a laugh and joke and the manager always seems to sell us stuff we hadn’t realised we needed. The store is well stocked and is set out really well. The loyalty card is a great bonus as I use my point to buy more books. Can’t praise this shop enough.

Really can’t move in there at all. Not very disabled friendly. Staff are constantly pressuring you to get a works loyalty card. If I want one, I’ll ask for one!
