    Staff asked me to phone them at 8am i have phoned them and stayed on the waiting line for an 4 hour just for them to tell me it’s fully booked and theres no more appointments i have to phone back in the morning,
    The same thing repeating it’s 3 weeks now I’m trying to get an appointment they keep telling me their are no more appointment after i have been trying to make an appointment for past 3 weeks now.

    Linkway medical practice it’s one of the worst medical practice in the West Midlands with most rudeness and unprofessional staff ,
    who just save their appointment for just their friend and their colleague.

    I can not get an appointment and the doctor’s receptionist is not bothered. Linkway Medical Practice is a waste of time

    I have had to leave this practice due to being totally unable to get an appointment and zero communication from them regarding my medication. I’ve been with them for over a decade and pre covid were the best doctors around. I haven’t been able physically seen a doctor since then.
    I have cancer concerns and they didn’t care. They don’t care about their patients at all anymore.

    Rudest receptionist ever. After not being able to get through for 2 and a half weeks, finally got through after 55 minutes of waiting. Only to be met with a rude receptionist who sounded like she had no desire to help. If you’re going to work at a GP, at least try sounding like you want to be there and actually help. Absolutely pathetic and appalling service

    Very hard to get an appointment at this surgery. I was 6 in line to be told they had all been allocated by people standing outside.
    The system needs to change how appointments are allocated.

    2 years later and still no better. Stood outside this time and actually managed to get an appointment for my ill 3 year old. Even after explaining she had been suffering with d&v for 5 days and now had no energy we was told its not an emergency and we would have to wait til after 3.30 for a Dr to call. Phoned 111 who sent an ambulance immediately and my child was monitored then admitted.
    I’d suggest the receptionists go and get some training on what their job actually is and stop making medical decisions when not qualified.

    However When you go actually get to see or speak to a doctor they are amazing.
