Been coming to this practice for a couple of years and have had mixed experiences. However, I just met Dr Shorona (Might have mispronounced), who is probably the best Dr I have seen at this practice. She listened to everything and went above and beyond and didnt usher me out the door. Highly recommend this Dr. Shoutout to the receptionist Olivia also 🙂

Dr. Patel Did not checked me well and treated me arrogantly. Though being telling her that I am in Pain and I have went through Ovarian cyst surgery, she said that this is UK and I cannot prescribe you ultrasound. She asked me to wait for 3-4 months to get ultrasound appointment.
After forcing and describing everything about my Cyst Operation, she said that she will see to book an appointment.
This is really horrible and I want the authority to take action against her.

Reception staff very unhelpful and condescending. They need some training in customer service. I rang to see if letter had arrived from hospital, was told no I double checked we had received letter from hospital at home, so I rang back took ages to answer but that is the norm. Gave reception D.O.B. explained we had letter yesterday and letters to Drs go electronic so was telling receptionist this and she tells down phone “EXCUSE ME” I shouted back to her not to speak to me like that learn some manners I am trying to explain to you. Asked for a practice manager but no one there,so I went to surgery with letter receptionist 1 and receptionist 2 were behind counter, spoke to the receptionist who I spoke to on phone told her she was rude on phone put letter on counter for them neither of them took letter so pushed it further on counter and it fell on floor behind counter. Receptionist 1 looked at me and said”NO NEED FOR THAT” so I said pass it me back and I will put ...

Condescending and passive-aggresive attitudes, awful way to speak to vulnerable people who come to you for help. I think they missed the point; You chose to work in a care setting, you are getting paid to do your job and answer phones and listen to patients. If you don’t like it, do something else. Why take your attitude out on vulnerable patients? Every patient is going through physical or mental health issues, or both. Attitudes needs to change in this establishment, superiority complex needs to be washed down. A little bit of empathy with not take away your dignity. It’s your job you’re doing. The patients are not getting paid to speak to you, they have no choice but to speak to you. Don’t abuse your position.
