You need to call at 8am for an emergency and I have been trying for the past 10 mins for over 30 times yet the line still shows as “Busy”. These people need to stop fooling others and get the phone off busy. They are getting paid to do the job so the least they could do is not to play stupid games with their patients.

I have been with the medical centre over 25 years. But recently it is the worst doctor practice in the Midlands. Me and my wife trying to book a appointment for one month but no luck. And the manager Margret is waste of space. Now we changed doctors and very happy and we can see the difference look how many one stars they got. They deserve no stars.

Mainly comprised of locum doctors now, the doctors that have been here for years are now no longer here. Appointments are always difficult to get despite the fact that when you do get one there are virtually no patients waiting to be seen because 90% of the time there is only one GP present.

I have been a patient with this GP practice for 30 years plus. I have just had a chance to review some of the comment’s left by some patient’s and would like to make a suggestion to them.
If you have any issues or concerns concerning your health and the services provided by this practice, please speak to the reception. If you still are not happy then speak to the Practice Manager Margret Holden directly who I known is very accomodating and will genuinely listen to your concerns and will come up with a resolution to resolve you concerns.
If you don’t present your issues and discuss them then you are going be upset and resentful and nothing will change. I have experience the same issues concerning appointments, management of my medical health and treatment and have felt disgruntled but I have always discussed these directly and privately with the receptionists or the Practice Manager. Hence the reason why I started attending the Patient Practice Group meetings and voi...
