I have always found Dr Dewan very helpful. I’ve been a patient for many years & so was my mother. In my opinion you can’t expect more from your GP.

Very rude doctor and they take months to make referals, have to keep calling to get them done, have moved surgery

Rang the surgery to check if a referral had been done from when I spoke to Dr Dewan 2 weeks ago. She hesitated a while and then said she was unable to access my notes there was a computer problem. I then asked a question re my medication which she was able to answer. Therefore she could access my notes she just didn’t want to tell me the Dr had failed to do the referral. He never listens properly. I had other issues which he ignored and now I’ve had no depression medication for 2 weeks. Waste of time

Very professionally run practice all members of staff and doctors have time to listen to you.
