Annual checkup carried out efficiently. New features via the Oticom App were added and explained, most of which have proved very worthwhile. Selecting “speech in noise” great in a restaurant environment where there is a lot of background noise.

Very friendly staff. in every way and very helpfull. Charged £70.00 to remove earwax been twice now and they could not remove it. Even after i used liquid the gave me. I have to pay a further £40.00 if i want them to remove my wax. Be careful guys could be expensive expecially as i only went for a free ear test

I was very impressed with the examination and subsequent review of my current hearing. The product I was given to try was excellent and clearly enhanced my hearing. Regrettably the cost of £3k – £4k was beyond my current budget, given other priority financial commitments. Many thanks for your help
