I was very impressed with Sarah she was so through in the experience, she talk me through everything she was going to do before she did it,very kind, gental n most of all very plesant.I will b getting my hearing aids from your company. My freind booked an appointment too.

The booking and assessment were fine. Unfortunately the cost of hearing aids was exorbitant. I was prepared to pay for quality but not £3000 more than the identical ones elsewhere. I worry that some vulnerable people would pay the £6000 from their life savings not having access to the internet etc.

First time ever had hearing test, they made me feel very comfortable and we had a laugh about all things, had full hearing test even tried some hearing aids which meant I could hear more clearly, the audiologist was first class, thanks for everything

I was invited for a free hearing test and found Hidden Hearing hidden away in Wolverhampton and felt really welcome upon entering. The audiologist was extremely reassuring and knowledgeable and explained the whole process and provided me with some valuable information. I would definitely return to Hidden Hearing should I need to for any future hearing tests and would fully recommend them.
