0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Both my mum (87 ) and myself have used the clinic for a while but will not use again. Within two weeks of a visit my mum had pain but by the time she was able to call in it was three weeks and a day. She was charged a further £25 for a revisit and the clinician found double corns which had clearly not been fully removed on the earlier visit. She was told anything over a week is charged but when pressed the clinic admitted they have no written policy in place regarding this to display to customers

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Ingrown toenail. Fantastic service from all the team. Bernie was very welcoming and helpful. Becky sorted my foot effectively and kept pain to an absolute minimum, along with being very friendly and kind. I was given clear advice to follow to prevent it happening again and even shown what to equipment I can get to help. So much relief, wish I had gone sooner.

Quite honestly it’s not often something changes your life this surgery did! They did it with kindness care and expertise I can’t praise or recommend them highly enough.

Staff are pleasant and facilities are clean and welcoming but this experience has put us off and we won’t be returning

25years ago another podiatrist told me I’d be in wheelchair at 50. At the end of 2021 a had an intensive course of shockwaves on my feet and now regular maintenance treatments. This morning 25/11/22. I stood on a tennis ball with absolutely no pain!!! Thanks to Stuart and Chris I’m almost 18years past the wheelchair prediction, walking and in heals (occasionally). Sometimes a chronic congenital condition can not be cured. However, the pain caused by it can be, with the right care and treatment.
I thank you both from the bottom of my heart.
