Superb service in every way.Receptionist very pleasant ,audiologist explained everything clearly and was extremely patient.Years ago used to be difficult to getthroughonphone but this is no longer the case and has not been for several years.It is now easy to get through and appointments are given quickly in an accommodating way.Thank you to all the staff.

Honestly, perfect. My first hearing test and it couldn’t have gone better from a customer service point of view. Amiriah (sorry if that’s wrong! 12:15, 2nd/Mar) was punctual, skilled, knowledgeable, and very accommodating of all my questions. Thanks so much! 🙂

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to audiologist Anila for providing me a fantastic service for my hearing test. She was very professional and made things crystal clear to me, no jargon just simple and easy to understand instructions. She also provided great advice to preserve the standard of my hearing. Lovely to talk to and a real credit to spec savers hearing. Would recommend to all.

Helping my Father out ( who is in a care home) getting his hearing aids serviced – I walked in with no appointment and was just astonished how kind, careful, and efficient they were. Serviced the aids whilst I waited and gave lots of expert advice for me to help another relative. Just a superb experience, so a huge thank you from me, and my Dad who reports ‘quite astonishing, my hearing has not been this clear for ages’ .5 Star service, so many thanks!
