Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Not the best, prescriptions don’t come when you expect. You might aswell fetch yourself. One of my prescriptions was made up of off cuts where they have cut up other prescriptions to make the quantities. Not impressed.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Every single time repeat prescriptions have not been processed or have been delayed at collection. This is despite phoning ahead, sometimes several times and having staff confirm the prescription will be available on collection date and time.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Visited here for the first time with my baby daughter so she could have her chickenpox vaccine. Tim the pharmacist was great and injection all ran smoothly. All the staff where super friendly, kind and helpful. A refreshing change of good customer service. Thank you very much 🙂

When I walked in there I was really in pain and they kind of mocked my condition which was in really bad taste.

Today there has been a ‘processing’ error and the time before that the pharmacy were not even able to access medical records to see if the person collecting existed!
Disgusting service. A catalog of errors time and time again.
Feeling like a mug for sticking with this incompetent pharmacy for so long! In the process of switching right now.
Shambles.
