I had a new fuse box installed and had some awkward electrical work done in the bathroom for which they found the best possible solution so as not to cause further damage. They turned up on time, completed the job to a high standard and cleaned up at the end. Very pleasant, polite and hardworking.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 During a bank holiday weekend a socket blew knocking out all the power in my house. Whereas most would overcharge a person in this position MIB came swiftly after our call fixing the initial problem, checking to ensure there were no additional issues all whilst being polite, conversationally engaging, extremely kind, fast & efficient. When couldnt reach my bank to allow payment authorisation over the bank holiday weekend, MIB was once again kind, patient & understanding throughout. In times of emergency this level of supportive professionalism is a rare commodity which is why MIB is a 5* lead!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Excellent and first class all round. What I liked about them was they came at very short notice and had to deal with an awkward tenant. They were turned away at least once but never complained and came back. There quote was very reasonable and the work was 1st class. I highly Recommend them
