0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Purchased two items from the store (click and collect) but when came to the collection I was told that items were sold 10 minutes prior to my arrival by random person, nevermind that was reserved till same day, staf just horrible.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Fast and easy to sell your unwanted phones, consoles games and electronics. Decent prices and crucially with a two year warranty. I’ve found them to honour the warranty Best range of games in Solihull from PS5 and Switch and for retro gaming fans back to PS1 and even some SNES. Knowledgable staff who helped me with an iPad and Sonos query. Thanks

Rating:2 Staff do not seem to test products properly at this store and we had to go back a second time to prove a console was faulty, even though we had explained the fault to the manager beforehand when returning it. They also accused us of putting illegal content on the returned console when in fact a different CEX store sold it to us like that. We will take that issue up with the other CEX store.

In reply to your response. There was no timeframe stated for click and collect. And in nowadays it is so easy to send an email but why would you? I had na chance to contact store itself to make sure products are available as the only phone number takes you through national call centre with no way of getting direct contact with the store.
