Showing 5 reviews Rating:3 OK but West Bromwich and Bham are just better all round. Its best to think of a plan b if they offer low prices. Also bring all components as fines for missing parts can waste your time and effort.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 How can cex justify buying a ps5 for £180 and then selling it at £400. Making them more than double the profit and shorting out the customer who it belonged to in the first place. Your a scam company hope the shops close down.

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 I bought a game about 2 months ago and never opened it till now. Put it in my console and it said the disc is damaged or dirty. Went back to the shop to get a swap for another disc but because I didn’t have my receipt(from 2 months ago!) they couldn’t do anything so I am stuck with the damaged product. I know having the receipt is important but selling a game that works should be of utmost importance to you guys. I’ve bought games from the shop before and had no problems but this one just made no sense to me. Receipts get lost. Everyone knows this

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Staff are very disrespectful and not welcoming. Making rude comments about me and laughing among each other. Especially the male worker. There was 2 women staff and 1 male worker at the time I went there. Never going back again

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 I found out they this place is such an amazing location for gamers, you can find new and old games with almost half the price, they have used games so you can play it with less painful amount of money, almost all platforms are there.

I will now reply to the official response below my first review.
I agree that the team is dedicated but there was too much passive aggressiveness from the young man where I didn’t feel he offered me a chance to come back and redeem a full price. Also the queue system is poor.. definitely in comparison to the other stores.. they almost have the demeanour of passport control but this is shop (fun and alternative as it may be) is hardly on the same level.
