Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Only went in for a rechargeable battery pack for my xbox series controller, but the 2 guys working the counter were really chill and friendly, ended up having a chat with 1 of them whilst waiting for my purchase, really nice place, definitely will go back again.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 THEIR WARRANTY IS A LIE and their sales practices are extremely misleading. Their sales assistant recommended a fitbit versa 3 to me specifically for swimming in. It cost me £130 which is a lot for a second hand watch. They didn’t mention when I brought the fitbit they recommended for swimming that it would void the warranty.

However when the faulty item they sold me stopped working they told me that when I swam in it the warranty was voided.
Customers should be aware that they will take your money by any means and have no intention of honoring any warranty.
Their sales practices are intentionally misleading and I am sending my complaint to trading standards next.
